Neighborhood Watch and Austin Police Department doing Neighborhood Walk

The Austin Police Department will be doing a walk through our neighborhood along with Neighborhood Watch.  We will be talking to neighbors about safety and what we are doing to keep our neighborhood safe.  If you would like to join us we are meeting at the pool parking lot at 1:00 p.m. You will receive handouts and information at that time.

Pioneer Crossing West board meeting

You will recieve instructions on driving the neighborhood, how to schedule your date and time to drive and where to pick-up the signs for the car.  Help keep our neighborhood safe and secure!  Volunteer to patrol!

1st Annual Pioneer Crossing West National Night Out Fair!!! 10/4/11

 

Come by on Tuesday, October 4th between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. It's National Night Out!

Meet your neighbors! We'll have live music from The Nematoads, snacks, give-aways, vendors like Home Depot, Point Security and RBFCU with special offers, and much more!

You can also pick up information on how to make your home safer from burglaries, learn about our new neighborhood patrol initiative, and learn about how you can participate.

This is our first annual National Night Out Fair, brought to you by the PCW Neighborhood Watch and the HOA. Please show your support and stop by and say hello!

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETING - STARTING A NEIGHBORHOOD PATROL

John Luther, from Barton Hills, will be at our meeting to talk to us about their successful neighborhood patrol.  Started in 2009 they cut home burglaries by 70% and auto break-ins by 50%.  Check out www.kxan.com for their recent story about John and Barton Hills.

Come join us at the meeting if you have an hour a month to spare to patrol our neighborhood.  (Signs for your car will be provided by Neighborhood Watch)  We especially need people that can patrol during the day (those of you that work from home or that are retired). 

 

The meeting will be held at the Pioneer Crossing Pool

Don't forget to bring your pool key and a chair

 

AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT COMMANDER'S FORUM

Come meet APD Commander Phillip Crochet, commander for our district.

A video, James the Burglar will be shown.  After the video Commander Crochet will discuss crime in our area.  Our APD Representative, Rafael Kianes will also be present. 

The meeting will be held at Parmer Woods, 12429 Scofield Farms Drive.
