Pioneer Crossing West HOA

Below is a listing of all the mailing lists offered by the Pioneer Crossing West HOA. We have created three different types of lists: Notification Lists, Submission Lists, and Discussion Lists. Information on each type of mailing list is detailed under each section below. If you need to contact any of our committees directly, you can use the form on our Contact Us page. If you wish to contact a committee member directly, you can do so by clicking the link on their name on our Board and Committees page. If you have difficulty using any of our mailing lists, please contact our Webmaster.
 

Notification Lists

Notification Lists allow you to receive notifications sent out by our committees. Any of our registered website members can subscribe to these mailing lists by going to My Account and editing the settings on the Mailing Lists Subscriptions tab.

Architectural Notifications

The Architectural Committee will periodically send out notifications to our members through this mailing list. Only Architectural Committee chairs and Board members can post to this list, but any of our website members may subscribe to this notification list.

Board of Directors Notifications

The Board of Directors will periodically send out notifications to our members through this mailing list. Only Board members can post to this list, but any of our website members may subscribe to this notification list.

Communications Notifications

The Communications Committee will periodically send out notifications to our members through this mailing list. Only Communications Committee chairs and Board members can post to this list, but any of our website members may subscribe to this notification list.

Landscape Notifications

The Landscape Committee will periodically send out notifications to our members through this mailing list. Only Landscape Committee chairs and Board members can post to this list, but any of our website members may subscribe to this notification list.

Neighborhood Watch Notifications

The Neighborhood Watch Committee will periodically send out notifications to our members through this mailing list. Only Neighborhood Watch Committee chairs and Board members can post to this list, but any of our website members may subscribe to this notification list.

Pool and Recreations Notifications

The Pool and Recreations Committee will periodically send out notifications to our members through this mailing list. Only Pool and Recreations Committee chairs and Board members can post to this list, but any of our website members may subscribe to this notification list.
 

Submission Lists

Submission Lists allow you to submit a message to a specific mailing group.

Yard of the Month  (YardOfTheMonth [at] PioneerCrossingWest [dot] org)

This list allows you to submit Yard of the Month contest photos to our judges. These submissions are then used to pick a Yard of the Month for our neighborhood. Anybody can send an email to this list, but only the Yard of the Month judges will receive those submissions.
 

Discussion Lists

Discussion Lists allow you to send and receive messages within a specified group and are restricted to Board and committee members only.

Architectural Committee

This list allows the members of the Architectural Committee to send emails to their committee members. Only Architectural Committee members can post to this list. When someone joins the Architectural Committee, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.

Board of Directors

This list allows the members of the Board of Directors to send emails to all Board members. Only Board of Directors members can post to this list. When someone becomes a Board member, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.

Communications Committee

This list allows the members of the Communications Committee to send emails to their committee members. Only Communications Committee members can post to this list. When someone joins the Communications Committee, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.

Landscape Committee

This list allows the members of the Landscape Committee to send emails to their committee members. Only Landscape Committee members can post to this list. When someone joins the Landscape Committee, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.

Neighborhood Watch Committee

This list allows the members of the Neighborhood Watch Committee to send emails to their committee members. Only Neighborhood Watch Committee members can post to this list. When someone joins the Neighborhood Watch Committee, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.

PCW Committees

This list allows the members of any of our committees to send emails to ALL of our committee members, including the Board of Directors. Only Board and committee members can post to this list. When someone joins a committee or the Board, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.

Pool and Recreations Committee

This list allows the members of the Pool and Recreations Committee to send emails to their committee members. Only Pool and Recreations Committee members can post to this list. When someone joins the Pool and Recreations Committee, they are automatically subscribed to this discussion list.
