Help w/approval process
Click on 'Contact Us' in the black bar near the top of this page, fill out the fields and for the 'Category' field, select Architectural Comittee. In the 'Message' field, type your question about the process. This will send an E-mail directly to an Architectural Comittee member. They are very good at responding quickly and are very helpful. You will likely need permits from the city, but I beleive that most pool contractors include that as part of their service. Be sure to question your contractor about building in soil with heavy clay content because of problems with soil expansion / contraction (drive through the neighborhood and check out the cracks in the pavement).
