The light on the mail center at Wayward Sun an Sprinkle Cutoff has been broken for over a year now. I submitted a maintenance request to Goodwin a year ago and nothing happened. I followed up on it and received an odd response that I guess was supposed to explain the delay but really made no sense. I know I'm not the only homeowner who has reported this issue.

What is Goodwin doing really? What has to be done to get a simple light fixed?
