According to Section 3.12 (iii) of the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document: "Political signs may be erected upon a Lot by the Owner of such Lot advocating the election of one or more political candidates or the sponsorship of a political party, issue or proposal provided that such signs shall not be erected more than ninety (90) days in advance of the election to which they pertain and are removed within fifteen (15) days after the election." |
