Pool Parties

The pool is a place where all of the residents of Pioneer Crossing West should feel free to come and relax. I had planned visit to the pool this weekend, April4--5 only to arrive and find a child's birthday party in progress inside the pool area. I don't feel that this area should be available for parties. The adjoining park would be a better use for this type of activity. Large gatherings inside the pool area congest and make it difficult for other resident users to access the pool. Please curtail or eliminate or ban the use of the area inside the pool fence for the use of gatherings.

Anon and others,

It has been the standard practice of the association to allow pool parties with the stipulation that those wanting to have them first inquire with Goodwin management first to avoid conflict and to schedule said pool party. We do not want to restrict anyone's enjoyment of the facility but we also encourage respectful use of the pool area and ask those individuals to consider others while doing so.

Thanks you,

Your Prez
