Christmas Tree & Electronics Recycling Drive

Samsung Austin Semiconductor invites you to recycle your Christmas tree and old electronics this holiday season. With your help, we can divert waste from our landfills and enrich our community’s environment! Drop off your old tree and used electronics at 12100 Samsung Blvd, Gate 3.

Electronics that may be recycled include:

Home appliances will not be recycled.

On December 9th the Community Association Institute (CAI) held their Awards Gala.  The CAI serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community association in the Greater Austin Metro area.  Members include condominium, cooperative, and HOAs as well as professional community managers and those who provide services and products to associations. 

Pioneer Crossing West Neighborhood Watch was awarded the Safety and Security Initiative Award for mid-size HOAs.  The award was to acknowledge our community for developing and implementing programs and services for safety and security in our community.

The Neighborhood Watch Committee has posted a new document outlining the policies for our Neighborhood Watch Patrol program. You can find this document HERE.

We now have Notification Mailing Lists available for our registered members!

These mailing lists allow our committees to send out occasional notifications to our members. Please note, that you must be a registered member of this website in order to have access to these notification mailing lists. In order to subscribe to a list, all you have to do is login to our website, go to My Account, and then edit the settings on the Mailing Lists Subscriptions tab. You can get more information on all of our mailings lists from our Mailing Lists page.

The pool area in Pioneer Crossing West now has a WiFi hotspot for residents to use. This WiFi service will only be available during the months that the pool is open. The board members hope that you will enjoy this new amenity!

We have added a new document to our website about burglary prevention. This document contains tips, statistics, and information that can help you protect your home from burglary. There's even a checklist to help protect our home. You can find the document on our Documents page or you can see it right HERE.

Our management company, Goodwin Management, Inc., has provided us with a new and faster way for our residents to request a pool card-key. Every resident needs a pool card-key in order to access our community swimming pool. If you need a pool key, all you have to do is:

1. Go to PoolKey.com.
2. Click on our community name (Pioneer Crossing West).
3. Obtain a transaction code from DocuSign.
4. Paste the transaction code from your email into the DocuSign form.
5. Complete the DocuSign transaction.

It's the fastest way to get a Pool Key!!!
